Product R&D Services

We have built a sound product R&D system covering demand research, scheme design, prototype development, sample testing and mass production conversion, and assembled a team of senior R&D engineers who are proficient in various professional fields. When providing product R&D services for customers, we always take customer needs as the core and adhere to the principle of “customization + innovation”. The whole R&D process starts with in-depth demand research: our R&D team will communicate with customers repeatedly, sort out and refine customer needs, clarify product functional positioning, performance indicators, target user groups and market launch time, and form a detailed demand analysis report. On this basis, the team will carry out scheme planning and design, put forward multiple sets of alternative schemes, conduct technical feasibility demonstration, cost accounting and risk assessment for each scheme, and finally determine the optimal R&D scheme in conjunction with customers. In the prototype development stage, we use advanced R&D equipment and precision processing technology to quickly make product prototypes, and conduct strict functional testing, performance testing and reliability testing on the prototypes. For the problems found in the testing process, we will quickly adjust and optimize the design to ensure that the prototype meets the pre-determined technical indicators. After the customer confirms the prototype, we will carry out sample trial production, further verify the rationality of the product structure and the stability of the production process, and provide a complete set of technical data and production process documents for the subsequent mass production. Throughout the R&D process, we will maintain close communication with customers, timely feedback the R&D progress and key technical points, and ensure that the final R&D product fully meets the customer’s expectations, while taking into account the product’s stability, compatibility, scalability and market competitiveness.
